Prevention and treatment of bacterial infections that affects fishes, such as hemorrhagic sepsis, gill rotten disease, red fin disease, fin rot, red skin etc. Enroflaxacin, should be used monthly for 7 days.
The recommended dosage is 0.2g to 1kg weight of fishes, that means for 1000 pieces weighing 8g on average, that will be 1000 x 8g = 8000g, for conversion that will be 8000/1000 = 8kg. The required dosage will be 0.2g x 8kg = 1.6g. For every 1000 pieces of juvenile fishes at average body weight of 8g we apply 1.6g of Enrofloxacin Powder.
This should be used monthly for 7 days, for a particular production cycle as a preventative measure. However this calculation is subject to the average body weight of the fishes, meaning as it grow the weight increases and the dosage also increases.
